How are Chromaglow Pro RGBW Light strings connected together?

They are connected using the the Chromaglow Pro Quick Connector.

What voltage does the Chromaglow Pro system use?

The Chromaglow Pro system runs on 48 volts. The Chromaglow Pro transformer plugs into 120V electrical with a regular polarized plug. The controllers and lights themselves run on 48V. This is considered low voltage by industry standards, and allows for long runs of lights.

How many track styles are available for Chromaglow Pro Lighting?

There are six track options available for Chromaglow Pro Lights. They include 3 hat-tracks (13/16”, 1-1/2”, and 2” heights), one fascia mount track (for fascia drops 2-1/4” or more), one drip edge track for mounting under lip of roof caps commonly seen on commercial buildings, and a 2-piece channel track for mounting to irregular soffits when required (1” height).

Can Chromaglow Pro RGBW Light strings be cut and spliced?

Yes, Chromaglow Pro light strings are designed to be cut and spliced as desired with the Chromaglow Pro Quick Connector.

Chromaglow Pro lights are rated for 100,000 hrs. If the lights are on for 6 hours per day, 365 days per year, that’s 45 years!

Yes, Chromaglow Pro lights are UL and cUL rated.

Are Chromaglow Pro lights waterproof?

Yes, Chromaglow Pro Lights are IP68 waterproof rated.

Up to 300ft of Chroaglow pro RGBW strings can be connected together on one Chromaglow Pro power supply. After 300ft, inject power using a Chromaglow Pro Power Injection T Connector and an additional power supply.

How many Chromaglow Pro RGBW lights can be connected to one controller?

1500 feet of Chromaglow Pro RGBW lights can be connected on one controller. Beyond that, you’ll need to run a second controller and power supply. Up to 8 controllers can be synced together on one display, as long as they are within 150 feet of one another.

Are the Chromaglow Pro RGBW LED’s individually controllable?

Yes, Chromaglow Pro RGBW LED’s are individually addressable, and can be individually controlled using the app.

Can Chromaglow Pro permanent lights be used for architectural lighting or pot lights?

Yes. Chromaglow Pro Lights have three LEDs dedicated to the white spectrum, giving you precise control of color temperatures to create beautiful architectural ambience, along with security lighting! The other three LEDs are dedicated to RGB when color is desired. The LED’s are individually addressable, allowing you to select the areas you want to light.

Are Chromaglow Pro lights wifi or blue-tooth controlled?

Chromaglow pro lights can be controlled via wifi and Bluetooth. When wifi is connected, the lights can be controlled from anywhere.

Ordering & Delivery

Is there a minimum spend associated with being a Chromaglow Pro reseller or dealer?

There are no minimum spends, initial spend thresholds, or annual spending minimums for purchasing or reselling Chromaglow.

Do I need to register to become a Chromaglow Pro reseller or dealer?

No, you don’t need to register to be a Chromaglow Pro reseller, dealer or installer. However, you can join our FREE Pro community to stay up to date on training resources, tips, and receive a trade discount!

How long will it take to receive my Chromaglow Pro order?

During the pre order program, production of your order will take approximately one week, and ocean freight (included) an additional four weeks. Airfreight is available at an additional cost for urgent orders, and will arrive approximately one week after production. Please enquire for an air freight quote.

Chromaglow Pro products will be stocked domestically from Q3 2025, and ship within one business day from Q3 onwards.
