The Facia Track is designed for homes with facias that drop more than 2 inches from the soffit, providing an optimal mounting solution to achieve an even and visible glow from the street. Unlike soffit-mounted tracks, the facia track attaches to the back side of the facia, aligning its bottom surface with the facia’s lower edge for a clean, uniform appearance across your home’s exterior.
Crafted from durable extruded aluminum at 0.9 mm thickness, these tracks are rigid, maintain their shape, and can be easily cut to size with standard metal shears or a miter saw. The track accommodates a height of 2-1/2", recommended for facia drops of 2-1/4" or larger. Installing the lights is straightforward—they snap securely into place and stay firmly positioned.

Tracks come powder-coated in your choice of color, with matching screw heads for a seamless look. Each track includes 1/4" hex-head mounting screws for quick installation.  Before ordering, measure your facia at multiple points to ensure the best fit.
