Our extension cables use the same wire gauge as our RGBW lights to ensure excellent electrical continuity throughout your installation. Positive and negative wires are 16 AWG; signal wire is 20 AWG.
Choose from two extension cable options:
Flat “Regular” Extension Cable:
Made from the same grey wire as our RGBW light cables. This FT1 fire-rated cable offers excellent weather resistance. For best long-term performance, install out of direct UV exposure.
Round XLPE Extension Cable:
Available in white or black. Constructed with XLPE casing commonly used in the solar industry, offering outstanding resistance to UV, temperature variations, and weather. Can remain exposed on rooftops for 20+ years. B1 fire-rated. Ideal for running cable discretely along home exteriors without drilling.
