One of the four cords that I received was not functioning completely. I called the company to see about sending it back to be replaced and was instructed that they require pictures sent as well as a written explanation of the problem for my exchange to be considered. Although that is not completely unreasonable, I just don’t have time for all of that. I will be looking elsewhere for future purchases.
